<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable giving of optimum knowledge information continuously according to change of acquisition status of user's knowledge when presenting a question and knowledge information which supports understanding of question concerned collectively to a user. <P>SOLUTION: When presenting a question to a user, user's acquisition status over knowledge information required in order to reply to the question concerned is determined. If determination result of this acquisition status is "not acquired yet", knowledge information that is not acquired yet is given anew to the question. Meanwhile, if the determination result of the acquisition status is "acquisition finished", question interface information is edited so that the acquisition finished knowledge information may not be given anew, and displayed on a display part 3. In addition, frequency of giving the above knowledge information is counted up each time when the above question interface information is newly edited, and an increase and decrease value of fixing level of the knowledge information concerned is increased based on this giving frequency and the fixing level of the knowledge information concerned is updated. Then this updated fixing level is compared with a threshold, and when the fixing level is higher than the threshold, the knowledge information concerned is updated to the "acquisition finished". <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
