ELECTRONIC BIDDING SYSTEM, METHOD, PROGRAM AND STORAGE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auction process having more individual rationality and Pareto efficiency compatibly in an auction for assigning articles under dynamic environment.

SOLUTION: Assignment plans composed of effects to executable assignment of the articles and assignment transition rules of the articles are prepared for every factor of environmental conditions which are external factors for fluctuating commercial values by information input from a purchaser's device 12 and the final assignment is determined by selecting assignment in which the effects are maximum according to the transition rules from the assignment plans whenever each factor of the environmental conditions is determined. Consequently, the individual rationality on an expected value is satisfied. Then, since the assigned purchaser's device pays an amount to be paid to a seller's device which sends in the article as an amount equal to decrease of an expected evaluation value of other purchaser's devices by participation of the purchaser's devices, the auction has the Pareto efficiency.
