PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle lighting apparatus capable of consistently supplying the output to a plurality of electric components from a dynamo by an efficient and space-saving method. SOLUTION: The bicycle lighting apparatus is electrically connected to a dynamo 10, and has a lamp housing 31 mountable to a portion of the bicycle. An input portion 32 is disposed on the lamp housing 31. The input portion 32 is electrically connected to the dynamo 10 for outputting an input signal. A regulator circuit 42 for regulating the input signal is electrically connected to the input portion 32, and a lamp 51 is electrically connected to the regulator circuit 42. An output portion 33 electrically connected to the regulator circuit 42 is provided on the housing 31 to output the regulated signal. The output portion 33 has at least one output connector 33b for outputting the regulated signal to at least one electrical component electrically connected to the at least one output connector.
