PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an electronic thermometer capable of estimation with higher precision in a shorter measurement time. SOLUTION: The electronic thermometer for estimating the equilibrium temperature based on the variation with time of the measurement temperature of the objective measurement position detected by a temperature measurement element comprises the estimation value derivative means for deriving a plurality of estimation values according to a plurality of estimation formulae from the actual measurement value, the selection means for selecting a single estimation formula from the plurality of estimation formulae based on the plurality of respective variations with time, and the display means for displaying the derived estimation value based on the selected estimation formula.
