PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an amount cables to be used by reducing the number of cables used in a nuclear service facility used in a nuclear facility. SOLUTION: In order to exchange a control rod driving mechanism 42 of a reactor, a platform 55 is installed in a containment vessel. Position state signals including information on the position and the state of the platform 55 and the surrounding state detected by various detection devices 58, 59, 62, 65 mounted on the platform 55 are transmitted as an electric wave by a radio adapter 4 on the platform 55, and received by a radio adapter 3 outside the platform 55. The position state signal is transferred to a control panel 75 installed outside the containment vessel, and used for control of the platform 55, a running truck 60 and a lifting device 63.
