PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel-like vibration damper having high degree of freedom in design of a vibration damping member. SOLUTION: This panel-like vibration damper 10 is provided with a first rectangular displacement plate 11 and a second rectangular displacement plate 12 provided between a pair of shaft members 21 erected at an interval so as to oppose for each other and made of a rigid material each and the vibration damping member 13 provided between them and made of a material having viscosity and elasticity. This panel-like vibration damper 10 is constituted in such a way that first displacement plate dividing parts 14, 16 extending along a side on one side and formed to divide the first displacement plate 11 into a first displacement plate main body 11a having relatively large width and first mounting parts 11b, 11c having relatively small width are provided on a first displacement plate 11 side and second displacement plate dividing parts 15, 17 extending along a side on the other side and formed to divide the second displacement plate 12 into a second displacement plate main body 12a having relatively large width and second mounting parts 12b, 12c having relatively small width are provided on a second displacement plate 12 side.
