Pizza using glutinous rice flour instead of cheese in a topping material and barley flour instead of wheat flour in a crust is provided. The pizza is low in calories while retaining the appearance, texture and taste similar to conventional pizza. The pizza low in calories consists of: a crust containing wheat flour, yeast, eggs, milk and salt; sauce containing onions, garlic, tomatoes, Tabasco sauce, pimentos and celery; a first topping containing glutinous rice flour as a main ingredient; and a second topping containing any one of pepperoni, olive, onions, grilled beef, sausage, ham, pimentos, bacon and potatoes as a main ingredient.
