<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical receiver capable of, for example, housing only the optical fiber storage part regardless of the presence of a photoelectric conversion unit, and facilitating addition of the photoelectric conversion unit after housing only the optical fiber storage part. <P>SOLUTION: The optical receiver 1 is constituted by freely attachably/detachably housing, inside a housing 10, an optical fiber tray 20 for storing a plurality of optical fibers connected to each other and the photoelectric conversion unit 30 for converting an optical signal transmitted through the optical fiber to an electric signal. The housing 10 is provided with: a photoelectric conversion space 15a for storing the photoelectric conversion unit 30 inside; an optical fiber storage space 15b for housing the optical fiber tray 20 inside; and an optical fiber storing/fixing means for freely detachably fixing the optical fiber tray 20, at a position of non-contact with the photoelectric conversion space 15a, in the optical fiber storage space 15b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
