<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat allocation system, a server, a terminal and a seat allocation program, considering information related to a physical characteristic of a user, making a succeeding user requiring seat allocation previously recognize the physical characteristic of the user precedingly receiving the seat allocation, and avoiding a congeniality problem between the users by the physical characteristic in advance. <P>SOLUTION: This seat allocation system has: an allocatable seat retrieval device 3 receiving a seat allocation condition 2 related to the physical characteristic of the user from a seat allocation requirement device 1, and retrieving an allocatable seat; a seat allocation information storage device 4 considering shape and spatial arrangement of the seat and the physical characteristic of the user, and storing seat allocation information; a message construction device 5 receiving the seat allocation condition 2, and constructing message information left for the user requiring the allocation to the seat close to the allocated seat thereafter; and a message storage device 6 storing a message. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
