PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave shield using a foamed product obtained by adding conductive particles such as carbon powder and metallic power to an inorganic filler to be a main component as a base material, excellent in non-combustibility, non-hygroscopicity and heat insulating properties and durability, reduced at its weight and thickness, and having excellent radio wave absorbing performance in selected specific frequency, and radio wave absorption of wide band width. SOLUTION: The radio wave shield with radio wave absorption is constituted of: using the foamed product obtained by adding conductive particles such as carbon powder and metallic powder to the inorganic filler to be the main component as a loss layer 1; sticking a resonance layer 2 which is resonated to a selected specific frequency and obtained by arraying linear conductors 6 on a resin sheet, a reinforced plastic plate, unwoven cloth, paper, or the like to the surface of the loss layer 1; and sticking a metallic plate layer 4 to the rear face of the loss layer 1.
