PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce impact when a clutch is brought into a power transmission state in shifting in a centrifugal clutch device in which the clutch can be forcibly disengaged. SOLUTION: This clutch device 1 for a motorcycle is mounted on a second shaft 2 disposed parallel with a first shaft 31 installed coaxially with the crankshaft of an engine to transmit a power to a transmission and cut off the transmission of the power by the operation of a release mechanism 4. A pressure plate 7 is a member to press a plurality of plate members of a clutch part 6 against each other. A lever plate 8 abuts on the pressure plate 7 and comprises a plurality of levers 8e. A centrifugal element 9 is fitted to the lever 8e of the lever plate 8 and presses the lever plate 8 against the pressure plate 7 by a centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the lever plate 8.
