PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe harmless preservative, an antiseptic and a preserving method, since a conventional liquid storage container contains a preservative and an antiseptic in the liquid when the keeping condition of the liquid and the proliferation condition of a related harmful fungus are approximated or overlapped, however, it may spoil the quality of the liquid. SOLUTION: The optimal preservation condition for the liquid can be adopted by not mixing an antimicrobial fungicide into the liquid, but by applying it on the inside face of the container, and adopting only an indispensable mineral and an edible amino acid as a raw material of the antimicrobial fungicide.
