PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the wind noise transmitted to the cabin without decreasing the level difference between a flange part and the surface of a window glass nor constructing the flange part in a large size. SOLUTION: A side visor 10 includes a slope 34 formed in a part covering from outside the vehicle, the front edge termination part 30A of a side glass 30 in the flange part 28. Accordingly the air stream 52 separates once from the side glass 30 while it flows on the slope 34 and forms a swirl 54 in a position apart in the extending direction (backward) from the extending end 28A (tail) of the flange part 28. This drops the negative pressure of the swirl 54, and the wind noise due to swirl 54 can be suppressed low. Separating the air stream 52 once from the side glass 30 allows the swirl 54 to be generated in a position apart in the extending direction from the extending end 28A of the flange part 28 and also in the normal direction from the surface of the side glass 30, compared with the case with a parallel surface 56. According to this constitution, even if a wind noise due to the swirl 54 is generated, it is unlikely to intrude into the cabin through the side glass 30 and seals 58 and 60.
