PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized antenna system with omnidirectivity to both vertical and horizontal polarized waves and a low minimum resonance frequency wherein the VSWR versus frequency circuit is flat over a broadband and a practical VSWR is obtained. SOLUTION: The antenna includes: a conical body including an apex part and a bottom face and having a first conductive element; a board arranged opposite to the apex of the conical body and including a second conductive element; and a coaxial cable arranged inside the conical body, the center conductor of which is electrically connected to the second conductive element and a shield wire of which is electrically connected to the first conductive element, and the first and second conductive elements are isometrically spiral-shaped.
