PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of filling a white line section in a gravestone, which is implemented by using a means for curing a filler in a short time, and to provide the gravestone having the white line section filled according to the method. SOLUTION: The gravestone in which characters, a family crest, etc. are engraved like grooves, is characterized by filling the engraved grooves with the filler formed of a synthetic resin having sand mixed therein. The method of filling the white line section in the gravestone is characterized in that the grooves in the gravestone having the characters, the family crest, etc. engraved therein, are filled with the filler formed of the synthetic resin having the sand mixed therein. The lightness of the filler is adjusted by adequately mixing carbon powder into the filler. In the filler, the volume ratio of the sand to the synthetic resin is set to 0.5 to 4.
