PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladle capable of separating the yolk and the albumen of a raw egg. SOLUTION: A round recess is formed at the center of the ladle to leave the yolk only, and a few holes are formed around the recess to discharge the albumen. The ladle also has a yolk outlet for taking out the yolk and a handle which is inclined to be easily held. In this way, the yolk and the albumen are separated by the utensil.
