PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange parts in the limited internal space of a toy body while making an effective use and simplify wiring in a toy with a sound generator having many functional parts appearing outside the toy body. SOLUTION: A sound dissipation guard 21 of a speaker 13 is arranged in an exposed condition on the outside of an upper portion 8 of the toy body 1. The speaker 13 is arranged below the sound dissipation guard 21 in the upper portion 8 of the toy body 1 and a circuit board 15 is arranged below the speaker 13. A power supply 17 is arranged in the lower portion below the body portion 7 of the toy body 1. The power supply 17 and the control circuit of the circuit board 15 are connected by a first electrical connection means 23. The control circuit of the circuit board 15 and the speaker 13 are connected by the second electric connection means 25. A switch part 27 is operated by using a speaker unit 29.
