The method involves providing receiving-and transmitting-frequency bands that stand in predetermined relation, and sampling frequency ranges provided for signals. An interfering signal is transmitted in a receiving-frequency range that is assigned to a transmitting-frequency range during existence of the signals that refer to an operation of a mobile terminal. The interfering signal is generated by a microcomputer (1) in a transmitter (5). An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for monitoring and interrupting a radio link between a mobile terminal and a radio network.
