The cistern has a large water capsule (A) with several water reservoirs, which comprises units of a helicopter. A motor (C) is provided over the cistern and directly under the capsule in a front area. The motor is provided for pumping the water from a helicopter to a burning surface. A wall is provided, which reduces the movement of water by shafts. A pipe is made of aluminum and is fixed between the pump and the motor. The motor is controlled by a pilot from a cockpit. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a motor directly provided over a cistern (2) a pilot cabin is attached directly before the water capsule (3) a wall for reducing the movement of the water (4) a pipe made of aluminum.
