The implants are manufactured for use in bone and made of a nickel-titanium alloy. One implant includes a fusion block (3) formed of a nickel-titanium alloy. Another device includes a wedge.osteotomy implant (21) formed of a nickel-titanium alloy. Another implant includes a subtalar device (30) that is made of a nickel-titanium alloy. Additionally methods of bone fusion, and methods of correcting directionality of a bone are presented.
