<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot management system using an on-vehicle radio communication device for preventing vehicle theft and illicit parking in a parking lot. <P>SOLUTION: The parking lot management system comprises at least the on-vehicle radio communication device, a parking-side radio communication device, a parking management device exchanging data with a car license plate recognition device, and a gate interrupting passing of a vehicle, in which user unique data from the on-vehicle radio communication device and license plate data from the car license plate recognition device are transmitted to the parking lot management device. The parking lot management device collates the transmitted user unique data and license plate data with preliminarily stored databases of user unique data and license number data, and controls to open the gate when the both are matched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
