PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device in which unevenness in electrical resistivity in a fixed section is resolved by making pressing condition of a display substrate and a relay substrate same over the entire fixed section and generation of display failure such as reduction in contrast is eliminated, and to provide electronic equipment having the device. SOLUTION: The electro-optical device is provided with a display substrate on which a plurality of light emitting elements and a switching element are formed, which supplies currents supplied through a power supply line such as a light emitting power supply wiring 23R to the light emitting elements in accordance with the signals supplied through a signal line such as a scanning line driving circuit control signal wiring 24a. The power supply line such as the wiring 23R is formed with a width which is made wider than the signal line such as the wiring 24a, and the power supply line such as the wiring 23R is provided with a plurality of external connection terminals such as external connection terminals 66a, 66b, 66c.
