PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner excellent in low-temperature fixability, blocking resistance during storage and blocking resistance to stress in an image forming apparatus, and capable of stably forming a high-quality image, an electrophotographic developer containing the toner and an image forming method using the same. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner has a core containing at least a colorant and a crystalline polyester resin, and a shell comprising an amorphous resin covering the core surface, wherein the amorphous resin covering the core surface is a polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of≥60°C and a solubility parameter of≥10.1. A non-crystalline polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of 50-80°C is preferably contained in the core. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
