PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a harmful effect such as lassitude, fatigue due to dropsy or the like directly related to everyday life and prevent or block low back pain, the dropsy or the like as well. SOLUTION: The step cushion comprises a partition 3 at the central lower step of an outer covering member 4. Respective elastomers containing regions for front and rear seat regions are provided at front and rear sides of the partition 3, respectively. The rear elastomer containing region 1 contains a two-layered elastomer integrally formed of hard and soft elastic layers, that is, an upper half soft elastomer and a lower half elastomer. The front containing region 2 contains only a layer of soft elastomer. The elastomer of the rear seat region receives the almost entire weight of upper half of the seater at the two-layered elastomer integrally formed of hard and soft elastic layers having excellent cushioning property and yet with frexibility. Accordingly, not only the fatigue of the buttocks, but also even the feeling of excessive pressure applied to the thighs are alleviated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
