PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of preventing the appearance of a false image on an image to be displayed and executing a precise diagnosis by executing a correction for eliminating fluctuation in a signal intensity output from an X-ray detector caused by the time lapse of X-rays irradiation. SOLUTION: This X-ray diagnostic apparatus is provided with a correction arithmetic processing part 24 executing a correction arithmetic processing to the X-ray detecting signals output from a plurality of detecting areas of the X-ray detector 2 when continuously irradiating X-rays from an X-ray irradiation means when executing an X-ray diagnosis using fluctuation information appropriate for respective detecting areas stored in a fluctuation information part 20 and correcting the time-series fluctuation of respective X-ray detecting signals. This constitution can correct the time-series fluctuation of the respective X-ray detecting signals so as to eliminate the fluctuation in the signal intensity output from the X-ray detector 2 caused by the time lapse of the X-ray irradiation, prevent the appearance of the false image on the image to be displayed and execute the precise diagnosis.
