PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential restriction control device for a four-wheel drive vehicle capable of suppressing under-steering due to differential restriction between front and rear wheels when differential rotations of the right and left wheels are increased with slip, and keeping good turning performance. SOLUTION: Constraint torque TF of a front electronic control LSD between right and left front wheels is controlled on the basis of control right and left wheel difference rotationΔNF which is difference rotation between the right and left wheels. Further, constraint torque TC of an electronic control coupling between front and rear wheels is controlled on the basis of control front and rear wheel difference rotationsΔNC obtained by subtracting 1/2 of the difference rotations (¾ΔNF¾/2) between the right and left wheels from difference rotations (ΔNCT-ΔNCD) between front and rear wheels.
