PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bumper mounting structure with a headlamp not broken at the time of light collision. SOLUTION: In this structure, a mounting bracket 6 is installed at the bottom of a headlamp housing 4, and an upper flange 3 of a bumper fascia 1 is locked to the bracket 6, so that the fascia 1 is mounted on the housing 4 via the bracket 6. A fixing piece 7 fixed to the bottom of the housing 4, and a supporting piece 8 rotatably supported and supporting the upper flange 3 of the fascia 1 are formed on the bracket 6, and the upper flange 3 is shaped to extend in a forward and backward direction of the vehicle and enter between the fixing piece 7 and the supporting piece 8. The bracket 6 has a locking member 12 blocking the rotation of the supporting piece 8, and an abutting part 16 is formed on the upper flange 3 collidably with the locking member 12. When the upper flange 3 of the fascia 1 moves backward by a load input from the front, the abutting part 16 abuts against the locking member 12, so as to cancel the rotation and lock of the supporting piece 8 by the fixing piece 7.
