PURPOSE:To facilitate transfer printing operation by a method wherein a transfer sheet is fixed onto the mating surface of a female mold and at the same time the male mold of a resin molding die is shifted toward the female mold side. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet 13 is positioned onto the mating surface of a female mold 5 in such a manner that the printed surface of the transfer sheet 13 faces to the mating surface side of the female mold 5 and fixed onto the mating surface of the female mold 5. When a male mold 8 is shifted toward the female mold 5 side under the condition just mentioned above, the sheet 13 abutted against the molding part of the male mold 8 extends itself with the shifting of the male mold 8 to the female mold 5 and affixes to the whole surface of the molding part of the male mold 8. By pouring molten resin through the female mold 5 side in a molding cavity produced by clamping the male mold 8 and female mold 5 together under the state just mentioned above, a resin molded part, onto the whole inner surface of which the sheet 13 is coated, is obtained easily. A resin molded part, onto the inner surface of which pattern is transferred, is obtained by removing a release sheet attached onto the innermost surface of the molded part. |
