摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for performing stable power supply and ground potential supply with low resistance and low inductance to a semiconductor integrated circuit device by a decoupling capacitor. SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 8 is provided with an insulating base 1 which has a recess 1a accommodating a capacitor 4 in a top surface thereof, and in which a wiring conductor 2 is formed around an opening of the recess 1a and a power terminal 3 is formed in a bottom surface of the recess 1a; the capacitor 4 which is accommodated in the recess 1a and in which one terminal electrode is connected to the power terminal 3; and a semiconductor integrated circuit element 6 which is attached to the insulating base 1 so as to cover the opening of the recess 1a and in which a power electrode and a signal electrode are electrically connected to the other terminal electrode of the capacitor 4 and the wiring conductor 2 of the insulating base 1, respectively. The decoupling capacitor 4 can be arranged extremely close to in the vicinity of the semiconductor integrated circuit element 6, and resistance and inductance of a connecting part between them can be made into minimum.
