PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easily installable barrier-free type bathroom fittings capable of preventing bathroom side waste water leaked from a seal part between a lower frame and a bottom rail from flowing to the dressing room side. SOLUTION: A space part 20 composed of a recessed groove 21 and a groove cover 22 is formed nearer to a dressing room than the seal part sealing a part between the lower frame 3 and the bottom rail 12. A surface of its groove cover 22 is formed in the shape of making the bathroom side waste water leaked from the seal part hardly flow to the dressing room side, and allowing it to flow in the longitudinal direction and flow in the recessed groove 21 from an end part in its longitudinal direction, and can also prevent the bathroom side waste water leaked from the seal part from flowing to the dressing room side by allowing the bathroom side waster water flowed in this recessed groove 21 to flow up to a washing place floor of a bathroom along an upper surface 3a of the lower frame 3 via a flow passage, and thus, installation work is facilitated by dispensing with a pipe.
