PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform scavenging of the inside of a motor for driving each joint in a robot having internal pressure explosion-proof structure. SOLUTION: The robot is equipped with a plurality of motors 1 for driving each joint axis, and an airtight chamber 37 in which the motors 1 is disposed. In the robot having the internal pressure explosion-proof structure installed in dangerous ambience, the motor 1 is equipped with a plurality of through-holes 18 passing through the inside of the motor on a motor frame 6, and a special motor having a filter 16 is used at an opening part of the through-hole 18.
