The invention relates to a novel design for valves for drinking water supply pipes. The inventive valve comprises: a head (1, Fig. 1), a body (2, Fig. 1), a shaft (3, Fig. 1) and a knife (4, Fig. 1). The invention is also equipped with a special key (Fig. 2) which is used to operate the valve, such that said valve can only be accessed and operated by persons authorised by the drinking water distribution department. |
