An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) based member management system is provided to realize an application service for offering a service fit for a user in a present commercial transaction environment by performing improved member management based on an RFID and utilize accumulated information to diverse fields such as customized recommendation. The RFID based member management system(60) comprises a parking settlement system(40) for settling a parking fare, a POS(Point Of Sale) system of a shop system(50) and a mobile phone for identifying an RFID member, the RFID card for enabling the member to buy goods from a customer system(70) and receiving shop location information, and a head office system(80) for managing goods code, DM(Direct Mail) target customers, DM use particulars and sales information. The head office system comprises an RIS(Retail Information System)(81), a CRM(Customer Relationship Management) system(82), and an EAI(Enterprise Application Integration)(83) for linking application systems. The RFID based member management system includes databases(61-64). |
