A system for integrally managing a DW(Date Warehouse) and an operation method thereof are provided to search and apply a standard term in system maintenance/development by managing a domain dictionary, a standard term dictionary and a standard data type as basic information management. Common codes, domains, and standard terms are managed(S23). A data type of each DBMS(DataBase Management System) and a standard data type are matched and managed(S24). A system catalog of a database is read and loaded to a standard data system. A power design file is uploaded to a server and is managed to read meta information of a model. The model applied to the database is mapped as a database-to-model style(S30). A standard of columns is searched. Model information of a design table is loaded and compared with a standard column dictionary. It is checked whether the information of an operation system is agreed with the information of the design model. Attribute information of the database is loaded. An extraction program is inquired, registered, modified, and deleted(S32).
