<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for suppressing vibration of an electronic component of a movable part of an electronic component mounting device extended from a movement rail to a work head at a mount position. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic component mounting apparatus comprises a rotary head 6 intermittently rotating around the center of a rotary shaft, a plurality of movement rails 4 provided in the circumferential direction of the rotary head 6 to be moved in the axial direction of the rotary shaft, and a multi-nozzle unit 2 mounted to the movement rails 4. A dynamic vibration absorber 15 of a cantilevered beam structure having plate spring and an attenuator is provided to the electronic component mounting apparatus. The position of the dynamic vibration absorber 15 is adjusted so that the vibrating direction of the absorber 15 coincides with such a direction that the natural vibration of the rotary head 6 is cancelled in the movable part extended from the movement rails 4 to the multi-nozzle unit 2 caused by its radial and circumferential excitation forces, and the absorber 15 is fixed by a position adjusting means for adjusting the natural frequency of the vibration absorber 15 and is adjusted so that the natural frequency of the absorber 15 coincides with the natural frequency of the movable part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
