PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-durable flooring material peeling apparatus in which a joining part of a peeling blade and an excitor is not broken. SOLUTION: The flooring material peeling apparatus is provided with a bracket 2 which is mounted on an arm of a hydraulic excavator to be swingably attached around a shaft in a left and right direction, frames 3, 4, 13 which are mounted on the bracket 2 to be rotatably attached around a vertical shaft, a vertical plate peeling blade 5 which is mounted on the frames 3, 4, 13 through an elastic member 6, and the excitor 7 which vibrates the vertical plate peeling blade 5. The frames 2, 3, 13 have upper restriction members 11, 12 and lower restriction members 9, 10 which restrict forward and backward movement of the vertical plate peeling blade 5.
