PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating seat for a motorcycle capable of obtaining a safe and sufficient warm feeling and allowing easy wiring. SOLUTION: One sheet-form heating element 6 is laid over the areas with which a human body comes to contact at the time of getting-on on the seating face and the side faces of a seat between a seat cushion 7 and a seat surface 8, whereby an arctic saddle cover is free of dislocation at the time of getting on or during driving owing to provision of the heating element 6 inside the heating seat 5, and it is possible to generate a sufficient warm feeling and enhance the comfortableness because of provision of the heating element 6 over the areas with which a human body comes to contact at the time of getting-on on the seating face and the side faces of the seat. Because those areas are heated with a single piece of sheet-form heating element 6, connection with a power supply can be established only through a pair of wires 9, which assures easy wiring.
