PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear tip rod capable of strengthening fitting condition of an element externally fitting on the ear tip rod. SOLUTION: A dent part 1E is formed on a small diameter fitting part 1C of a rod tip part of a rod tip side element 1 and the periphery wall of a cylindrical holder 3a is pushed into the dent part 1E in a state of externally fitted on the small diameter fitting part 1C, and rivetted to attach and fix a top guide 3A on the ear tip rod.
