PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a rare food for a good flavor without deteriorating active ingredients essential to the rare food and make the rare food preservable for a long period, simply handleable and readily ingestible. SOLUTION: This frozen rare food is obtained by mixing 100 pts. of honey with 20-100 pts. of a freezing and solidifying agent, housing the resultant mixture 1 and a rare food 2 in a container 3 for freezing and then freezing the mixture 1 and the rare food 2 together with the container 3 for freezing. |
