MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING DEVICE

An MRI device includes: means for generating a magnetostatic field, a gradient magnetic field, and a high-frequency magnetic field; means for receiving an echo generated from an examinee; imaging means for measuring echo data corresponding to at least one measurement trace in space k while changing the angle of the measurement trace against the space k coordinate axis and collecting at least one measurement data for each of the angles; and image reconfiguration means for rearranging the measurement data in space k so as to reconfigure the image. The image reconfiguration means calculates a correction phase based on reference data selected from the measurement data for each of the angles and phase-corrects the measurement data by using the calculated correction phase before rearranging the measurement data in space k. This reduces an artifact attributed to non-linearity of the gradient magnetic field and magnetic non-uniformity without increasing the imaging time.
