The bowl has lower and upper elements connected with each other, in sliding manner, by two pivoting screws (5), and an input opening connected to a clean water reservoir by an accordion type flexible conduit. The screws are installed in the lower element so as to adapt a structure which is in the form of an elongated sleeve having internal threads. The upper element comprising a profiled bowl is fixed to a soil and waste evacuation pipe, and the sleeve is opened on an opening and installed on upper inner surfaces of the upper element.
