A hot blast heater for solid fuel is provided to generate hot air by using the combustion heat of solid fuel and waste heat of combustion gas, thereby improving heat efficiency. A hot blast heater for solid fuel, comprises an inner casing(10), a finishing plate(20), and a shell(30). The inner casing is mounted on a base(11) and divided into a combustion unit(10A) and a heating unit(10B). The combustion unit has a lower end where an ash tray(A) is arranged together with a low stall member(L), and one side with a blower pipe(14). The heating unit has an outer surface on which a first radiation plate(15) is mounted, and a lower end with an opening(16) which is opened/closed by a finishing member(16a). The heating unit has an upper portion with an exhaust pipe(17) and a fuel injection port(18). The finishing plate is mounted on the top of the inner casing, and has a bottom surface with a heat exchange unit(40) and a top surface with a second radiation plate(25). The shell consists of a lid(32) and an outer casing(34) for containing the inner casing and the finishing plate, and is mounted on the base. The lid has a front end with an injection port(32a), and the outer casing has a double structure with a center where a heat insulation member(H) is fitted. The shell has an outlet port(34a) formed at the position near a shielding plate(12). |
