Flooring containing a patterned layer and a wood based board is provided to prevent surface damage by improving surface properties and to create the indoor space freely as wanted by having external appearance with natural properties of natural veneer and forming various patterns and properties on the patterned layer. The flooring containing a patterned layer and a wood based board comprises: a surface layer(10) composed of a patterned layer(13) made with natural pattern wood, a protective layer(12) made with synthetic resins to protect the patterned layer, and a surface treatment layer(11); a base material layer(30) composed of a reverse side layer(32) and a wood based board(31); and an adhesive layer(20) made with adhesives, such as heat curing melamine resins, heat curing or room temperature curing urethane or epoxy resins, polyvinyl alcohol(PVA), polyvinyl acetate(PVAC) or acrylate. Hereon the surface layer is manufactured by manufacturing a protective layer using synthetic resins, applying heat and pressure to the patterned layer and the protective layer at 100~200‹C and 10~120 kgf/cm^2 for 15 seconds~30 minutes and cooling down to 40‹C or lower, and coating the manufactured surface layer with an ultraviolet or heat curing surface treatment layer made with urethane acrylate. |
