A plasma display panel is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by securing a grounding path of a printed circuit board by using a heat conducting sheet. A plasma display panel(110) is used for displaying images. A heat conducting sheet(120) is attached to a backside of the plasma display panel. A chassis base(140) is installed at the backside of the plasma display panel in order to support the plasma display panel. The chassis base is formed of a nonmetallic material. A printed circuit board(150) is installed at a backside of the chassis base in order to be electrically connected with the plasma display panel. A combination member for fixing the printed circuit board to the chassis base is connected with a grounding part of the printed circuit board and the heat conducting sheet in order to secure a grounding path.
