A box manufacturing apparatus is provided to remarkably reduce the production cost by automating the manufacturing process of a paper box. A box manufacturing apparatus includes a frame(3), a box mold(41), a support member(4), a pair of first folding rollers(5a), a pair of folding cylinders(6), a pair of second folding rollers(5b), a bending and bonding unit(7), and a conveyor belt(8). At least one linear guide operated by a servo motor is mounted to the frame. The box mold includes a vacuum suction opening to mount an inner box in which a shroud paper is bonded. A push cylinder is mounted to the support body to separate a finished paper box. The first folding rollers are positioned in parallel to the support member. The folding cylinders are installed right under the first folding rollers. The second folding rollers are positioned in parallel to each other in a direction transverse to the first folding rollers. The bending and bonding unit includes a pair of stators and a plurality of cylinders and rollers. The conveyor belt conveys the finished paper box.
