发明名称 HOLLOW SILICA PARTICLES WITH CONTROLLABLE HOLES IN THEIR SURFACES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
摘要 Silica and alkylsilica particles which increase the supporting amount by using silica or alkylsilica as a wall material and forming the silica and alkylsilica particles in a hollow core/shell structure, and in which macropores having sizes ranging from several hundred nanometers to several micrometers are formed in a shell material that is the wall material, and a preparation method of hollow silica or alkylsilica particles with the macropores using a phase change material are provided. A preparation method of hollow particles with macropores comprises the steps of: (1) heating a solution in which a silicon alkoxide precursor is mixed with a phase change material and an oil to a melting temperature or more of the phase change material; (2) heating water to the melting temperature or more of the phase change material, and slowly adding a mixture of the step(1) into the water while stirring the water to form an emulsion; (3) cooling the emulsion to a melting temperature or less of the phase change material while stirring the emulsion; (4) adding ammonia water to the cooled emulsion to solidify the emulsion; (5) filtering the solidified emulsion to separate particles from the emulsion, and washing the particles with water; and (6) dissolving a phase change material existing on a surface of the particles and in an inner part of the particles into an amphiphilic solvent to remove the phase change material.
