A drying rack for laundry is provided to prohibit a laundry hanging unit from getting bent due to the laundry load by installing a height controlling member capable of controlling the length according to the degree at which the hanging unit gets wide. A drying rack for laundry(500) comprises: a laundry hanging unit(200) formed at the upper part around a steel folding unit(400); a support unit(300) at the lower part around the steel folding unit; and a plurality of height controlling members(100) combined between the support unit and the laundry hanging unit by a hinge. The laundry hanging unit comprises a lifting unit formed with a hooker rotatably combined to one end of the lifting unit by a hinge pin, deviated in one direction by a spring installed at the hinge pin; a body divided into two parts along the longitudinal direction to be inserted in the lifting unit, and formed with plural guide grooves on the inner peripheral surface to vertically guide the lifting unit and settle the lifting unit in a cascade; and a case installed at the outer peripheral surface of the body to integrally fix the divided body. |
