Use of a combination of rapamycin 42 ester with 3-hydroxy-2-(hydroxymethyl)-2-methylpropionic acid [CCI-779]; a compound selected from 5-fluorouracil and gemcitabine; and optionally a biochemical modifying agent selected from leucovorin and levofolinate in the preparation of a medicament for treating a neoplasm in a human.
