An organic electroluminescence display and a method of fabricating the same are provided to crystallize amorphous silicon by using crystallization technique proper to a periphery part and a pixel region. An amorphous silicon layer is formed on an insulated substrate(101), and a capping layer(104) is formed on the amorphous layer. A metallic catalytic layer is formed on the capping layer, and is patterned so that the metallic catalytic layer is eliminated from a periphery region and is formed on a metallic catalytic layer pattern(106) of a pixel region(105). The substrate is irradiated by a laser so that the amorphous silicon layer of the periphery region is crystallized into a polycrystalline silicon layer(109), and a metallic catalytic(110) of the pixel region is diffused in the capping layer. The metallic catalytic layer pattern is eliminated, and the substrate is annealed. |
