A composition and use thereof in the manufacture of a medicament for treatment of gastric and/or duodenal H.pylori infections, comprising a proton pump inhibitor in a systemically available dosage form, a mucolytic preparation, a proton pump inhibitor in a gastrically available dosage form and a fatty acid and/or monoglyceride.
